Here they are people. All the leaks were true. Guess Apple can’t keep a secret anymore. Anyway, as you can see above two iPhones are launched today one is iPhone 6 and other one is called iPhone 6 Plus. The main difference between both the phones is the screen size. iPhone 6 has 4.7 inch Retina HD (1334×750) LCD display and iPhone 6 Plus has 5.5 inches Retina HD or rather full HD display.
iPhone 6 is only 6.9mm thick and iPhone 6 Plus is 7.1mm thick in comparison they are both thinner than iPhone 5S. Which is pretty slim itself. They both run on new Apple A8 processor and yes it’s an 64 bit processor and new M8 processor too which is a dedicated processor to count your steps literally. Apple’s A8 is 25% more powerful and 50% more power efficient than A7 all thanks to its new 20nm making process.
Info about the battery life of new iPhones. 
iPhone 6 Plus can do this. First iPhone to do so. 
iPhone 6 still has 8MP camera but with updated specs like custom Apple made Image Signal Processor for faster Auto Focus and better noise reduction and better low light performance. It also features a technology called ‘Focus Pixels” which is supposedly only been exclusive to DSLRs till now. It can shoot slow-mo video up-to 120 or 240 pixels per second at 1080p resolution. iPhone 6 Plus has optical image stabilization while iPhone 6 has digital image stabilization. 
They both run on iOS 8 obviously. Most of the old iOS devices are going to receive the iOS update on Septembr 17, 2014. iPhone 4 is not in them. 
Apple introduced a new digital payment solution called “Apple Pay” and no it doesn’t mean that Apple pay for your purchase or bills it means Apple pay through the credit/debit card information you store in the app. It’s a one touch check out system. No need to enter your card information or address. Works on NFC. Apple will have your credit card info but they won’t know what you are buying. Promise. 
Apple finally launched its watch. It’s called the Apple watch. And this is the device that uses the much rumored sapphire glass. It uses some kind of a wireless magsafe charger. Its got sensors at the back that measures your pulse rate. In case, it stops you know. 
Also available in 18 Karat Gold. It uses a new type of input called ‘Forced Touch’. The screen can measure the pressure and can tell difference between a mere tap and hard press. There’s a watch like multipurpose dial(it’s called ‘Crown’) on the side which can be used to zoom into photos and other things. It can be used as a walkie- talkie. And a dedicated button for dedicated communication app. 
Much straps. So wow. 
Apple Watch is going to cost $349(Around 20,000 Rupees) and it’s going to be available in early 2015.
As far as iPhones go. As usual the new iPhone 6 is going to cost $199(16GB) in USA with 2 year contract. And iPhone 6 Plus is going to cost 299$(16GB), with 2 year contract as well. Available to pre-order on 12th of September, and official release date is 19th of September. It is going to be available in 16GB, 64GB and 128GB no more 32GB.
As, you all know these prices don’t mean anything in India. Because factory unlocked devices cost way more than that. So whenever they launch, expect iPhone 6 to cost around 60,000 Rupees and iPhone 6 Plus to cost around 70,000 Rupees in India. Because Apple.
About the availability of both these phones in India. Well there’s no mention of official release date but you can expect them to be available in grey market and online(most likely eBay) in a month or so for more than a Lakh rupees. Like always.
Update : Apple India has updated its website and now its showing a notification that the new iPhones are going to be available from October 17, 2014 in India. You can see that and find more about the devices in the link below. Still no mention of official price yet though.
