Micromax Canvas Gold A300 Unboxing

While i was unboxing Micromax Canvas Gold A300, it felt like i was unboxing a wedding present. I even said that in the video. The packaging is so nicely done. You can see the ‘gold’ theme everywhere. On thing i didn’t like is the way specs are written on the back. It’s written in very tiny letters. You won’t even notice it. The first thing, i noticed, after the unboxing it is the big beautiful 5.5 inches full HD display.

After a little use though. It started to get heat up at the back. It could be because of the weather around my area. It’s constantly above 40° Celsius. Apparently, I live in a ‘tandoor’. Anyway, we are here for the phone not my life story. This heating issue could also be because of the combination of hot weather and Mediatek MTK 6592 SOC both. Since the octa core Cortex A7 processor inside it, is clocked at 2GHz.

That’s more than a Intel ULV processor powered Laptop/Ultrabook. Apart from that i haven’t noticed many things yet. These are just my initial impression. Oh and by the way it’s Loudspeaker is pretty loud. You can see for yourself in the review video below. Oh and some shots of the phone asusual.
