Micromax Unite 2 Benchmark & Gaming Performance

Micromax unite 2 benchmark
If you see the photo above, you’ll notice that Antutu think the smartphone in the picture is an expensive high end smartphone. I don’t know why is that? But one thing i can tell you that despite of being very inexpensive, this phone performs pretty good in the benchmarks. It even beat HTC One X in Antutu. What else do you want from a 7,000 Rupees phone. The Antutu benchmark that i ran on this phone wasn’t the normal version. It was the ‘X’ version of it and still managed to score pretty respectively.

Antutu Benchmark X is a temper proof version of Antutu standard benchmark test. Temper proof as in if a company has optimized its processor just to perform good in benchmarks, like a few companies did in the past. Such ‘optimizations’ won’t have any effect on the scores on this version of Antutu. Below are the results of all the benchmarks and also full device details.

In my unboxing post, i said that you’d be surprised by the gaming performance of this phone. Well, to back my words here’s the video in front of you. Now, say you aren’t impressed. I must give Micromax this, even if it choose to rebrand the phones instead of making them itself from the scratch. At least they pick good phones to put their sticker on.

This 7,000 Rupees phone can play GTA San Andreas on maximum settings without much problem. Can you believe that? Not even 20,000 Rupees phones like Xperia M2, Grand 2 can do that. Know why? ‘Cause of a decent GPU. That is the difference between Mali 400MP2 and Adreno 305. Anyway, more about it in the full review. And one more thing. You won’t have much problem installing games on this phone. As it supports ‘Move to sd’ feature.
