Xiaomi Mi3 Benchmark & Gaming Performance

Xiaomi Mi3 benchmarkI have seen quite a few Xiaomi Mi3 smartphones that crossed 35,000 mark in Antutu. But for some reason, my Mi3 was never able to cross it, the highest it could reach is around 30,000. You can see that in the screenshot below. Even after having more than 500MB RAM free, it couldn’t cross the the 35,000 mark. In GFX bench it performed better than all of the smartphones, i’ve ever tested. Then again i have never tested a smartphone with Snapdragon 800 before.

I was surprised to see Manhattan and T-Rex test running so smooth on it. None of the octa-core smartphones were able to do that. It never run the Manhattan 1080p off screen test for some reason, it kept saying “out of memory”.

As expected from Adreno 330, every game i tried on it ran smooth as butter. Except for GTA San Andreas at maximum setting. I thought that at least Adreno 330 would be able to run it smoothly on everything max. But the answer is no. It was running fine but it was choppy sometimes so slow, almost unplayable. It ran pretty smooth on default setting though. Asphalt 8 with all its effects ran fabulously. Without a hitch. Flawless. Except for these two i tried a game called Shadowgun – Deadzone, it’s an online multiplayer game. You need an active internet connection all the time to play that game. It ran pretty well too.
