Leaked pricing details reveal that the data center chips will range broadly in cost, starting at just $700 for entry-level solutions and climbing up to $14,904 for the absolute pinnacle of the architecture. AMD has strategically segmented the Venice family to target different tiers of enterprise infrastructure, ensuring specialized solutions for high-density compute and memory-intensive applications.

At the heart of the high-end lineup is the SP7 platform, designed specifically to deliver maximum memory capacity and throughput. This flagship socket supports up to 16 memory channels, accommodating both standard RDIMMs and advanced MDRDIMMs reaching speeds up to DDR5-12800. Furthermore, the platform introduces support for up to 96 PCIe 6.0 lanes, catering to heavy-duty AI and cloud computing workloads with thermal design power (TDP) envelopes ranging from 400W to 600W.
