- Wasserstein’s USB-C travel charger for Pixel Watch 4 and 5 is currently on sale.
- The price has dropped from its standard $30 down to $19.99 for Amazon Prime members.
- The compact dongle eliminates extra cables, making it ideal for traveling smartwatch users.
If you are tired of packing extra cables for your trips, a popular travel accessory for Google’s latest smartwatches has just received a notable price cut. The Wasserstein USB-C travel charger, designed specifically for the Pixel Watch 4 and Pixel Watch 5, is currently seeing a significant discount at Amazon.
Launched earlier this year by long-time Made for Google partner Wasserstein, the handy accessory offers a streamlined alternative to Google’s stock charging cable. Instead of dealing with long cords, the compact magnetic dock plugs directly into the end of any standard USB-C cable, drastically reducing travel bulk.
Key Details
While the accessory initially settled at a retail price of $30 following its debut, Amazon has dropped the price further to $19.99 as part of its Prime Day sales event. Shoppers will need an active Amazon Prime membership to unlock this specific $20 price point.
The dongle is fully compatible with both the 41mm and 45mm variants of the Pixel Watch 4 and Pixel Watch 5 series. Users will need to supply at least 7.5W of power, though standard smartphone charging blocks will easily suffice. Note that owners of the older Pixel Watch 3 and legacy models will need to look elsewhere, as this specific hardware relies on the updated two-pin charging mechanism introduced last year.
