According to reports shared on social media, the customer purchased the GPU from a retailer in Delhi on June 27, 2025, and promptly registered it on Zotac’s portal, receiving a confirmation email shortly after. However, when the user later sought technical support, Zotac rejected the claim entirely, arguing that the graphics card was already out of warranty.
The Core Conflict: Import Date vs. Purchase Date
The root of the dispute lies in Zotac’s internal tracking system. When checking the card’s serial number, company representatives discovered an import date of April 2023.
