The benchmark performance of HTC Desire 620G is not much different from any other phone with Mediatek 6592 chipset. Although it kind of under performed for some reason as you can see in the Antutu score below. Usually phones with same chipset score around 25,000 points but Desire 620G only managed to get around 23,000 points same as HTC Desire 616 but that one was under clocked to 1.4 GHz while Desire 620G has 1.7 GHz. Maybe just 1GB of RAM is the reason of that. And this lack of performance is kind of visible in the phones UI it sometimes stutter or even slows down or does not respond for a second or so.

Gaming
Gaming was exactly as expected on HTC Desire 620G. In one word flawless. I guess we should thank the octa core Cortex A7 processors and Mali 450MP GPU for that. If you compare this phone to Galaxy Grand Prime or even the Snapdragon version of the same phone, Desire 620. This phone will definitely come on top at least in the gaming department. From Assassins Creed Pirates to GTA San Andreas all games run well on this phone as you can see in the video below. There’s one drawback though. This phone does not have the option of preferred install location or even move to SD. So they increased the internal memory from 4GB to 8GB but you are stuck with only 4.3GB of storage for apps and games. That’s one step backwards from HTC Desire 616 in my opinion.

please suggest a good earphone for this.. i bought a skullcandy which hardly workds with this .. ive also tried with panasonic, sony and other good brand earphones but the bass is too low.. please provide a good suggestion
Enzatec should work well. The bass is too low because that is how the circuit is wired in this phone- use the options in the music player app to boost the bass (set it to maximum). Do NOT enable 3D sound effect or the “BesAudEnh” in the audio settings for this phone. They don’t work well.
Oh many thanks for the reply ! Is enzatec reliable to buy ? And if yes, please do suggest buying options ..
Thanks in advance
Wow that sounds relieving 😀
Do u have any idea about enzatec ep204
In ear earphones anyway ?
I don’t have an idea since I don’t use in-ear earphones, but the model you described seems to be pretty good and Enzatec does not seem to skimp on the sound quality. So I’d say, “go for it” – but the EP 204 does seem like it favours highs over the mids.
in my htc desire 620g I cant put the display settings to high in the game asphalt 8…i have only very low and low settings…
should i buy this phone or go for moto g 2nd gen
pls rply
Pls Suggest me mobile having good camera quality, music player and battery back up…up to 15000 rs
I’m not sure why are you getting so low performance from your 620g. Mine gets 32000 in Antutu and about 5000 in 3DMark.
