Moto E Benchmark & Gaming Performance

Moto_e_benchmark
You can’t expect much from Moto E in terms of performance. It’s one of those situations in which you should just gladly accept what you are getting for the money. Although, despite of being a budget device it still managed to beat HTC One X, which is not a budget device by any means. During 3DMark test something unusual was happening. The device keeps hitting 30FPS for brief moments in some segments of the test.

Lava Iris 406q which is available for the same price and even has a quadcore processor couldn’t hit 30FPS in 3DMark. Maybe its because of the optimizations in the latest version of Android, which this phone comes with. Below are screen shots of the result and also full device information.

Antutu

Nenamark 2

Gaming

Just like in benchmarks, while playing games. Moto E’s performance keeps fluctuating from good to bad. From no lag to full of lag. All graphic intensive games that i try on it, ran without much problems except for GTA San Andreas. Which didn’t even start. Lags and occasional slow downs in between gameplay might be a little problematic for some people. But, then again at the price this phone is available at, you can’t really complain. You won’t have much problems in installing games on this phone too. It supports flawless ‘move to SD’ feature by default.
