Let me a give you a imaginary phone with HD screen, quad-core Cortex A7 CPU and Adreno 305 GPU. Now, you tell me what would be its benchmark performance? Mediocre right? Exactly. That’s how Sony Xperia C3 performed in all of the benchmarks. In most of the benchmarks it came dead last compared to some of the latest phone around the same price range. But then again, nobody said this phone is going to be a performance beast. It is supposed to be a ‘selfie’ beast.

If benchmark performance isn’t good then obviously you can’t expect wonders from gaming performance. Out of all the games that i tried on this phone. Only Gameloft games that are optimized for this particular chipset ran well. For example Asphalt 8 as you can see in the in the gaming video below apart from that for casual games this phone performed fairly well although a little stuttering was there but still nothing major.
The most hardcore game that i tried on Xperia C3 is GTA San Andreas and guess what? the result wasn’t very pleasing. Adreno 305 is just not capable enough to run GTA San Andreas even at default/normal settings. You can see how bad it performed in the video below.
