First of all don’t mistake ZTE Grand X Quad Lite with ZTE Grand X. There’s a difference, Grand X Quad has HD display while Grand X Quad lite has qHD, hence the ‘lite’ moniker. ZTE Grand X Quad Lite is a phone that costs only 6,799 Rupees and it has 5 inches qHD IPS display and a respectable Quadcore processor. If i was in the market looking for a phone with 5 inch screen and more than decent performance and didn’t care about brand name. I would’ve bought this.
This phone runs on Mediatek MTK6589 chipset which has a very good combination of Quadcore Cortex A7 clocked at 1.2GHz and PowerVR SGX544 GPU. If you want an idea on how exactly this phone is going to perform then just check out my review of Zen Ultrafone 701HD. This phone is exactly the same as that one in terms of RAW specs. The rest of the specs are pretty similar too. It has 4GB of internal memory(expandable up-to 32GB), 1GB of RAM and it comes with Android 4.2 JellyBean out of the box.
ZTE Grand X Quad Lite has 8MP rear facing camera with auto focus and LED flash and a front facing camera of 0.3MP. It has lots of camera perks like continuous shot, anti-flicker, it can shoot HD videos. It’s only 9.6mm thick and weighs 170 grams. It’s a dual sim device. If you want to buy it, it’s available on snapdeal.com for the price mentioned above.
