Karbonn A25 Unboxing

This 6,000-7,000 Rs category of budget 5 inch smartphones is getting crowded lately, with Micromaxstarting the trend with Micromax Viva or A72 then Spice with Spice Mi-502 and now it’s Karbonn A25’s turn to the limelight.

Karbonn A25 Quick Specs :-
-5 inch WVGA Capacitive touchscreen
-Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich)
-1 Ghz Dual Core CPU
-512 MB RAM, 512 MB ROM expandable upto 32 GB
-5 MP camera with LED flash, Secondary VGA camera
-2000mAh battery
-Dual-SIM standby(Normal Sim), GPRS, EDGE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v3.0, USB Wi-Fi hotspot, A-GPS

For 500 Rupees extra you could get the Spice Mi-502 and get 3g, with the exact same specs like this but if you can live without 3g Karbonn A25 is also not a bad it looks better than Spice Mi-502 in my opinion. Comparing it with Micromax Canvas Viva would be a insult of it cause in fact except the 8MP camera and 3g this phone has the exact same features of Canvas 2, and Canvas Viva is stuck on Gingerbread and 256 MB RAM so there’s no comparison. If you want Canvas 2 but does not have 10,000 Rupees and if you can live without 3g, you could buy this or Spice Mi-502 choice is yours.

As a little heads up i want to show you guys something.

These are the viewing angles of Karbonn a25 compared with Sony Xperia SP and Zen Ultrafone 701HD, i think even for a budget phone these angles are bad, Canvas A72 has better viewing angles that this.

Phones in order from Left to Right ( Sony Xperia SP, Karbonn A25, Zen Ultrafone 701HD)

Remember i am just giving you a heads up, choice is still yours. Watch my unboxing video of Karbonn A25 while you decide.
