Micromax Canvas Knight performed really well in benchmarks. To tell you exactly how well, let me tell you that it even beat Samsung Galaxy S4 in Antutu, don’t believe me? See for yourself in the screenshots below. Maybe Antutu is optimized for this chipset. The rest of the benchmarks were just average. Although these benchmarks don’t mean much yet because none of them is programmed to utilize each of the 8 cores available inside the Micromax Canvas Knight. I don’t think any of the benchmarks are fully designed yet to use the new Mali 450GPU either. In 3DMark which is mainly a gaming or GPU benchmark. When i ran general “ice storm” test it maintained frame rates around 28 fps constantly

As you may have already heard, a very popular game called ‘Flappy Bird’ just got taken down from android and ios app stores. The faster it flew towards the skies of success the faster it came down towards the earth to bite the dust. Reason, the developer ‘can’t take it’ anymore. I don’t know why is that though, if i was making $50,000 a day i would’ve instead said to everyone, get lost haters, i am making the dough and that’s what matters, although he still get to keep the cash. So, not a bad ending at all. If you don’t know know what i am talking about then you are really not using ‘internet’ enough.
Benchmark performance of Samsung Galaxy grand is pretty average as you’d expect from a mid ranger. Benchmarks fluctuates a lot during the GPU test, but that is expected because of its weak GPU. For 22,990 Rupees you are getting a very average GPU i.e, Adreno 305 but a very good HD display. Seriously the processor doesn’t do justice to the display. It deserves better. The phone lags in general anyway mainly due to weak processor and on top of that heavy customization of Android OS. Even 1.5GB of RAM couldn’t help it that much, because more than half of the RAM is consumed by the OS itself leaving very less for apps.
It is official, Sony has sold over 1 million PS4 units in the first 24 hours or since it’s gone on sale. As stated on twitter by Shuhei Yoshida the boss of Playstation. Here’s the tweet (1 million PS4 sold). Now i am interested in knowing if those are actual ‘sales’ or is he talking about the number of PS4 ‘shipped’. I have a very strong feeling though, that he is talking about the sales, looking at the demand. Unfortunately some of the early consoles owners are not lucky as the rest, as they are reporting faulty consoles. Sony has officially given ‘failure rate’ figure of 0.4%, that’s 4000 consoles to be exact. Despite of the teething problems, let’s just hope that the ‘problems’ or ‘faults’ gets sorted out quickly in the upcoming time.
If you have a PC/Laptop and want to play Android games on it for free and that too legally then download this software called “bluestacks”. It’s currently available to download for free(Link is below). It currently supports windows 8/7/vista/xp, Mac OS, it’s in beta phase right now but it works without any problems. Its actually an OS inside OS meaning that you are running Android on top of Windows as in emulation inside a player, the apps are not running natively on the windows which means they will not run properly on PC with weak specs. So to emulate properly you will need a powerful PC/laptop at least something with a dedicated GPU. Although you can still try with any PC/Laptop that you have.
